The Main House

The main house, Chez Maurit, is a beautiful stone built building, part of which date back from as early as 1690. It has a wonderful feel and character to it, with original oak beams and rustic wooden flooring and Charantais fireplace. The house has an ensuite king size bedroom, a large king size bedroom with inbuilt storage and a spacious third bedroom with twin beds and bunk beds. The twin can be made into a super king if needed.
This property was renovated in early 2020.

Bedrooms

The Main House has three bedrooms.
Two of which have King size beds, one bedroom has an ensuite, the other is just by the main bathroom.
The third bedroom has twin beds and a bunk bedbed. The twin can be made into a super king if needed.

Living Room

The living room is vast, with log burning stove and 3 very large sofas and views over the garden.
The TV in the living room is UHD 4k and has English free sat, and Netflix and Amazon Prime Video (account needed).
There is a doorway onto the terrace, where many nights can be spent dining al fresco or grilling on the BBQ.

Dining Room

The dining room features a double height ceiling with exposed oak beams.
The dining table can sit ten people at a push.
There is also a log burning stove to make the cooler evening toasty.

There is central heating throughout the house.
There are log burners in the living room, hallway, and dining room
The kitchen is well equipped and features a dishwasher, double Belfast sink, oven, gas hob, fridge.
Access to shared facilities including, Large swimming pool, Tennis Court, Laundry Room, Table Tennis, Boule Court, and beautiful garden with amazing views.
