COVID Policy
Social Distancing
Fortunately there is plenty of room at Chez Maurit.
There are five holiday homes on the property but there is more than enough room for guests to keep their distance and remain safe.
Each property has their own outdoor dining area, and allocated sun loungers.
Please ensure you respect other guests space and maintaine social distancing.
Amended Booking Terms for 2022
Amended Booking Terms
We understand that you may be worried about how the COVID-19 pandemic may affect your much desired (and deserved!) holiday to France. For your peace of mind, we have amended our terms and conditions for travel in 2022 so you can book your holiday without worry.
Booking your holiday
Upon booking a non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon booking, in order to confirm the booking and secure your dates.
In the period of up to 90 days before your arrival date if you are not legally able to travel then we will happily move the holiday dates to a date of your choosing in the future, either later in the year (where available), or to the following year.
You can, of course, also choose to simply cancel your holiday. In this case, we can provide you with a proof of cancellation which you can use to put in a reimbursement request with your travel insurer.
90 days before your arrival date
The remaining balance payment is due to be paid.
In the period of 90 days up until the arrival date
Your booking is confirmed and we look forward to welcoming you on your holiday.
In the unfortunate event that you are not legally able to travel to France, we will do what we can to defer your dates to later in the year or to the following year if a replacement booking by another party is made for the same dates.
Arrival date
Hurray! You've made it to Chez Maurit
In order to protect your holiday as much as possible, we strongly advise that you take out adequate travel insurance.
